It seems like 2008 was a year in which realistically every thing has gone awry economically. Credit card debt relief has taken it’s place. Thus placing our typically powerful American economic condition into the pits and pushing us towards what very realistically wind up being the next depression. This is a horrible wake up call for the majority of us US residents and is quite sad that it has reached this point of no return.

The change in the law has made it much harder for a debtor to qualify for Chapter 7. A Chapter 7 will completely wipe the slate clean of the debts owed.
